This Privacy Policy explains how NexC Solutions LLC ("NexC Solutions", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information in connection with Preznt, our workforce time tracking and attendance application for iOS, Android, and related web or cloud services.
Preznt is a product of NexC Solutions LLC. NexC Solutions LLC is the developer and publisher of Preznt. If you use Preznt through your employer or company, that organization may also control or access certain work-related records as described below.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on your role, company configuration, and app usage, Preznt may collect the following categories of information:

- GPS and location data: device location at specific actions such as clock-in, clock-out, worksite verification, or geofence checks. Preznt uses this data to help verify work zone presence. Unless a specific feature requires it and the user grants permission, Preznt is not intended to continuously track location in the background.

3. Employer and Company Access
If your Preznt account is connected to an employer or company, authorized administrators, supervisors, managers, or company representatives may access work-related records associated with your account. This may include time records, GPS verification data, photo evidence, notes, worksite information, attendance status, and account details needed to manage the workforce.
Your employer or company may have its own privacy, employment, workplace monitoring, retention, and data access policies. Please contact your employer or company administrator for questions about their use of Preznt records.
4. Location Data
Preznt may request access to your device location to verify attendance actions, such as clocking in or out within a permitted work zone. Location data may include GPS coordinates, timestamp, accuracy information, and related worksite or geofence identifiers.
You can control location permissions through your device settings. If you disable location permissions, some Preznt features may not work correctly or your employer may require another verification method.
5. Photos and Work Notes
Photos and notes submitted in Preznt may be visible to authorized company users and may become part of the employer's operational records. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is required for your work and permitted by your company policies.
6. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate Preznt. These may include:
- Firebase / Google services: authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and related mobile app services.

8. Data Retention
We retain Preznt data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support employer recordkeeping needs.
Time and attendance records, GPS verification records, photo evidence, notes, audit logs, and company records may be retained for longer periods when required by law, contract, accounting rules, labor recordkeeping obligations, or the employer's retention settings.
