Preznt Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Preznt account and associated personal data using the instructions below. Preznt is developed by NexC Solutions LLC.

If your Preznt account is connected to an employer or company, some work-related records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, audit, labor, dispute resolution, payroll, or employer recordkeeping purposes.

How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Preznt account.
Use the subject line: Preznt Account Deletion Request.
Include your full name, account email, phone number if used in the app, company/employer name, and whether you are an employee, supervisor, administrator, or company owner.
If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify your identity and account relationship.

What We Delete

When a deletion request is verified and approved, we will delete or deactivate personal account information where legally and operationally permitted. This may include profile details, login access, support records, device tokens, and personal identifiers that are no longer required.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained when required or permitted by law, contract, legitimate business needs, or employer recordkeeping obligations. This may include:

Clock-in and clock-out records.
Shift and attendance records.
GPS verification records tied to work activity.
Photo evidence and work notes submitted as business records.
Company audit logs, administrator actions, invoices, payment history, and security logs.
Records needed for disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, tax, labor, payroll, or business continuity.

Where possible, retained records may be deactivated, limited, anonymized, or kept only under the company account rather than an active personal login.

Processing Time

We typically acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days. After identity verification, deletion or deactivation is usually completed within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, employer review, or technical constraints.

Company-Managed Accounts

If your account was created or managed by your employer, we may need to coordinate with the company administrator before deleting or restricting work-related records. You may also contact your employer or company administrator directly.
