NexC Solutions LLC ("NexC Solutions", "we", "us", or "our") is a software company registered in the state of Tennessee, United States. We develop and publish mobile applications on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy applies to all applications and services published under our developer accounts.

• Push notification tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver in-app notifications.

• Your employer or company administrator: For workforce management applications, supervisors and company administrators may access employee time records, location check-ins, and attendance data as part of the service.
• Service providers: Third-party providers including Firebase (Google) for notifications, Stripe for payment processing, and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
• Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Time and attendance records are retained for a minimum of 12 months to comply with labor record-keeping standards. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
